2. "An Ordinance to Regulate and Control the Transporting of Quarry Materials of 2008"
Provincial Ordinance No. 2008-07
Section 4. Prohibited Act
It shall be unlawful as it is absolutely prohibited for any person to transfer and transport quarry materials to other provinces either in its original form or otherwise.
Section 5. Fines and Penalties
Violators of this ordinance shall be fined P3,000.00/cm and his/her license and permit shall immediately be cancelled. It likewise will be penalized by impounding the equipment used in extraction, tracking and delivery of quarry materials. In no case shall the offender be allowed to renew his license and permit substitution of permitee shall not be considered and permitted.
