Mambajao is the largest municipality in the island of Camiguin. It has a total land area of 10,483 hectares, with fifteen (15) barangays, namely:Agoho, Anito, Balbagon, Baylao, Benhaan, Bug-ong, Kuguita, Magting, Naasag, Pandan, Poblacion, Soro-soro, Tagdo, Tupsan and Yumbing.

Sagay is the province's fourth largest municipality and has a total land area of 4,412 hectares, consisting nine (9) barangays namely: Alangilan, Bacnit, Balite, Bonbon, Bugang, Cuña, Manuyog, Mayana and Poblacion.

Guinsiliban is the smallest municipality of the province which has only a total land area of 2,072 hectares, comprising the seven (7) barangays namely: Butay, Cabuan, Cantaan, Liong, Maac, North Poblacion and South Poblacion.

Mahinog is Camiguin island's third largest town which has a total land area of 4,778 hectares, covering the nine (9) barangays namely: Benoni, Binaliwan, Catohugan, Hubangon, San Jose, San Miguel, San Roque, Tubod and Tupsan Pequeño.

Catarman is the second largest municipality in the province of Camiguin which has a total land area of 7,442 hectares, comprising fourteen (14) barangays namely: Alga, Bonbon, Bura, Catibac, Compol, Lawigan, Liloan, Looc, Mainit, Manduao, Panghiawan, Poblacion, Santo Niño and Tangaro.
